Shipping & Returns
If you are looking to purchase items from DolluxeDesigns.com AND on Etsy - please message me in advance to confirm supply (some items are listed doubly but are only a quantity of 1). I will be able to combine shipping charges/refund any overages and pack your items together in most circumstances.
SHIPPING POLICY
Items are shipped within 1-3 days for ready made items. Custom items/commissions are typically done in order of reception. Timelines for custom orders vary during busy times of the year and you will be notified when placing an order. Orders at this time are placed through my Etsy shop.
Shipping is done through Canada Post and tracking is not guaranteed unless asked for - but I do try to upgrade when I can. You may also request tracking.
I am currently unable to ship to the EU due to new toy regulations.
Shipping times:
Within Canada - shipping for smaller items travel through snail mail (stamps) and may take a week or two. Thicker/larger items are sent by regular parcel and will have tracking provided. Regular parcel items take 4-7 business days normally.
US Destinations - shipping is done through Small Packet and can take 1 to 2 weeks typically.
International - shipping is done through Small Packet Airmail and can take anywhere from 1 week to 3 months depending on the location and country specific delays.
NOTE: Unfortunately, I am unable to ship to the EU. New toy regulations came into effect in July 2021 which affect my ability to ship to that destination.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you receive an item that is not to your satisfaction - please message me and give me a chance to rectify any issues. Return shipping is at the customers expense and the refund will be processed upon receipt of the item in saleable condition.
Custom orders/commissions are final sale. No returns/exchanges.
Custom order down payments are also non-refundable as they go towards purchasing supplies and time for custom pieces.
