This awesome outfit can be worn as a cape or a dress - it's totally up to you! The cape coat has been made from a dark blue velvet. It has been trimmed with hand-sewn silver trim on the outer edges, the shoulder pieves and around the jewelled belt.  The cape closes with the belt so that if it is worn without the belt over a dress - no closures will be seen. The collar has silver accents wrapped all the way around. A small piece of navy ribbon accents the neckline. The gorgeous large sleeves attach at the back with the same silver pieces from the collar. 
 
This cape coat has been made to fit most current standard Barbie dolls. The cape has no closures. The jewelled belt has snap closures at the back.
