I love making witch hats to get into the Halloween spirit.  This one has been made from a cotton fabric featuring skulls and filigree patterns all over. This hat has an intricate gunmetal buckle with silver ribbon woven through it.  The hat has been trimmed with black ruffled lace as well. 
 
This hat will fit Monster High and EAH dolls.  They have been made a little roomy to also fit over more voluminous hairstyles.
