I love making witch hats to get into the Halloween spirit.  This one has been made from a cotton fabric featuring skulls and flowers all over.  The hat has been accented with black organza trim around the hem.  Layered on the brim is a purple woven trim with three tones of roses attached to the trim. 
 
This hat will fit Monster High and EAH dolls.  They have been made a little roomy to also fit over more voluminous hairstyles.
