This dress is made with a turquoise cotton featuring colorful sugar skulls and flowers all over.  The dress has an open front and has a pink lace trim and black woven trim all around the hem.  The dress has also been decorated with pink and turquoise flower buttons at the bottom of the skirt.  Layered underneath for added fullness is a complimentary tulle petticoat for the perfect finishing touch for your Rainbow High doll!
