This listing is for the We are Monster High Cleo de Nile doll.  She comes with her outfit and shoes (still with elastic around them).  She is in good overall condition as she has been mainly displayed. 
 
However, she does have one arm/shoulder that is very stiff. It rotates slightly - but stays sticking out as shown in the photo (when looking at her - the left arm).  This is fine if you plan on only displaying her as she can put her hands on her hips still.  Her hair feels slightly greasy to me - but that is normal in this age of doll and the hairstyle. I don't notice any blemishes on her face at all. 
 
Please look over the photos carefully as she will come in as-is condition.
