This adorable tutu skirt is made from a black tulle with flocked white polka dots all over.  The skirt is made using strands of the tulle and puffs out all around.  It would look great on its own or layered under other items as well!  The top is just a piece of tulle wrapped around her to keep her modest and is not included in the listing. 
 
This skirt has an elastic waist and has been made to fit standard Monster High and Ever After High dolls. 
 
All items are made and stored in a smoke free and budgie friendly home studio.
