Betty Boop is such a classic!  This dress has been made from a Betty Boop print cotton. The dress has a pleated hem at the bottom accented with a black ruffled organza trim.  The bodice has been gathered into a sweetheart style neckline with a black and white striped shimmer trim around her shoulders. A red bow accents the bust. Layered underneath is a short black tulle petticoat to give the dress fullness. 
 
This dress has been made to fit the standard Rainbow High dolls. The dress has a snap closure at the back. The tulle petticoat has an elastic waist and easily slides onto the doll.
