This skirt would be great to add to an outfit, layer under pieces or be worn on its own. The tulle skirt is made from pieces of blue tulle featuring silver glitter dots all over.  The pictures don't do it justice!
 
The skirt has been made to fit most current standard Barbie dolls.  It has an elastic waist and easily slides onto the doll.
