This fabric is so awesome - a mix of Halloween and romance. The cape has been made from this cotton featuring skulls and filigree patterns all over. The cape has been fully lined and finished on all sides. The hood has an opening in the back that will accommodate some of the dolls more voluminous hair.  
 
This cape will fit most 10-12" dolls. The hood has been made slightly large for dolls like Monster High. But the hood will fit more snugly on dolls like Rainbow High. It closes at the neck with a hook and eye closure.
