This adorable dress is a little lolita and a little steampunk and meeting somewhere in the middle.  The dress has been made from a beige cotton and has been trimmed in hand pleated lace.  The skirt also has a brown woven trim above that.  There is also a ruffled layer of lace with a thin brown ribbon accent.  There are ivory bows with little gear charms throughout the hem of the skirt.  The bodice has been made from a matching cotton with the woven trim stitched over the sweetheart neckline and ruffled lace sleeves.  A small brown bow adorns where the skirt meets the bodice.  A small chain with tiny keys is hanging on her waist.  She also has a matching choker, ivory mesh socks and matching brown shoes. 
 
This outfit has been made to fit standard Rainbow High dolls. The dress has a snap closure at the back.  The tulle petticoat has an elastic waist and slides onto the doll. The choker has a ribbon tie.
