I love the fabric on this skirt! It's a cool mix of futuristic and fantasy with glam.  The skirt has a black fabric with triangular cutouts that have a silver "backing." In the triangle is also a black mesh detail.  The skirt has been paired with a silver shimmer bodice, silver bling trim and black ribbon choker.  The skirt has been hitched in the front with a silver swath of fabric and charm. Layered under the dress is a black tulle petticoat for added fullness. 
 
This dress has been made to fit the standard Rainbow or Shadow High dolls.  The dress and choker have snap closures at the back.  The tulle petticoat has an elastic waist and easily slides onto the doll.
