This witch hat has been made from 100% cotton featuring a blue starry night background and black bats. The hat has been trimmed with blue ruffled organza. It also has black ribbon around the cone that goes into a bow at the back. It has been finished off with a tiny blue and silver charm at the front. 

This hat has been made to fit standard Barbie dolls. 
 
Products are made and stored in a smoke free studio. 
 
Intended Age Range:
Items in my shop are for ages 5+ at minimum due to small parts, choking hazards and possible sharp edges. Specific listings outside of this age range may be marked on the main image.
