This dress is made from a fun cotton featuring a candy heart like design all over in tones of pinks, mints, purples and blues. The dress has been trimmed in blue sequins at the bust and the hem. Layered underneath is a mint colored tulle petticoat.  The outfit is finished off with a pink ruffled organza shrug that has the same blue sequin trim on it. 
 
This dress has been made to fit the standard Rainbow and Shadow High dolls. The dress and shrug both have the snap enclosures at the back. The tulle petticoat has an elastic waist and easily slides onto the doll.
