This outfit makes me think of a powerful businesswoman.  The outfit has a dark slate grey blouse that is sheer (the front has been lined) with three sets of ruffles down the front.  The top has cuffs at the ends of the sleeves where the hem is ruffled again.  A layered cravat is attached to the front of the blouse.  The top has been paired with a pencil skirt featuring a black swirly wave design. It also comes with a faux leather black belt and a dark silver buckle. 
 
This outfit has been made to fit Integrity style dolls. This one is pictured on a Nu Face figure. The top, skirt and belt all have snap closures.
