This skirt is perfect for Valentine's Day!  The skirt has been made from a tulle featuring flocked (soft, fuzzy) hearts all over.  The skirt can be layered under or over other items easily. Pair with a matching top - and your lady is ready to celebrate!

The skirt has an elastic waist and easily slides onto the doll. You can choose from four color combinations. 
 
White tulle with white hearts, Pink tulle with white hearts, Red tulle with white hearts and White tulle with red hearts.
