This gown is made from a white and black dice print cotton. It features a black ruffled organza at the hem and along the bustline.  The dress also has white faux pearl beading along the trim.  There are also two ruffled accents down the front of the bodice with additional pearl trim. Two black beads have been added where the bust meets the waist.  Layered underneath for added fullness is a white tulle petticoat. 
 
This dress has been made to fit a Rainbow High doll.  The dress has snap closures at the back.  The tulle petticoat has an elastic waist and easily slides onto the doll.
