This dress is perfect for Operetta!  The dress has been made from a white and black dice print fabric with a super full skirt.  The skirt has been trimmed with two layers of red ruffled organza on the top of the hem and a layer of white underneath the hem.  The dress has a slim bodice with a red ribbon accent on the bust reminiscent of 50's dresses. It comes with a black ribbon belt and buckle. It also comes with a little black shrug with a shiny, sort of record look, print on it.  The dress also has a tulle petticoat layered underneath for added fullness. 

This dress has been made to fit the original G1/G2 Monster High dolls. The dress has snap closures at the back. The tulle petticoat has an elastic waist.
