This fabric is so cute! It is a baby pink tulle featuring polka dots all over and beige embroidered butterflies that actually have tiny clear sequins on them. This skirt could be worn over pants, leggings or underwear or worn under dresses to fill them out. It is super versatile. 

This skirt has an elastic waist and easily slides onto the doll.  The skirt will fit most standard Barbie dolls.
