I love this adorable cat fabric! What witch doesn't just love a little black cat motif? The fabric is a green on green polka dot with black cats all over that are mirrored in the little cat charms on the dress and hat.  The dress has a ruffled lace at the hem, a black ribbon belt with gold buckle and a ruffled trim around her shoulders with a gold trim.  The matching hat has the same lace as the dress and a ribbon bow where the charm is. Layered under the dress is a black tulle petticoat.  The outfit also includes the shoes!

The dress has been made to fit the original standard Monster High dolls. The dress has snap closures at the back. The tulle petticoat has an elastic waist and easily slides onto the doll.
