This witch hat is made from 100% cotton and features a bright green on green polka dot with black cats all over.  The hat has been trimmed in black ruffled lace and has a woven trim around the cone.  At the top of the hat is a little black cat charm to finish off the look. 
 
This hat has been made to fit standard Barbie dolls.
 
Products are made and stored in a smoke free studio.

Items in my shop are for ages 5+ at minimum due to small parts, choking hazards and possible sharp edges. Specific listings outside of this age range may be marked on the main image.
