This simple, but fun tutu can be used on its own for a cute ballerina or other look you have in mind but it can also be layered underneath dresses to add fullness!  It has been made with strands of tulle with a variety of 28 colors to choose from!
 
These tutus are made to fit Rainbow High dolls and have an elastic waist that easily slide onto the doll. 
 
All items are made and stored in a smoke free and budgie friendly home studio.
